Payment Policy
This payment policy is in place due to the many overheads that are incurred to run the classes and also for the professional training undertaken to provide this service and is effective 1st September 2009 onwards.
Weekly Classes
Classes are charged in advance in blocks of half term payments
(eg. 6 weeks @ £36 / 7 weeks @ £42).
Payment is due on or before due date given on each booking form.
If you are unable to attend your regular class for any reason then you are welcome to join one of the other classes, within that block, to make up your missed session.
A Taster class is offered at £6.
If after trying a taster class you wish to continue with classes, the remainder of the classes will be charged as a block payment. (eg. £6 taster + 5 weeks at £30)
If you join the class after the commencement of the block of classes, you have two options:
- Advance payment, pro rata, for remainder of the block at £6 per week.
- A weekly drop in rate of £7.50 per class.
By prior arrangement only:
If you know in advance that you will miss three or more classes within a block then a drop in cost of £7.50 will be charged for each class attended.
However if classes become full, you may be asked to pay the full amount for the course, so as to reserve your place.
Refunds are only made if the classes are cancelled by the Organisers.
Day Events/Workshops
Payment for Day Events or Workshops is in advance and in full (or as stated on that Events Booking Form). Payments are non-refundable.
Full refunds will be given should any Event or Workshop be cancelled by the Organisers.
